Please note that upon making a reservation with Chef Talo Tours, you are accepting all “Terms and Conditions.”
Deposits + Payments
Deposit and payment terms differ based on your room selection and chosen payment plan.
25% Deposit Terms: To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the remaining amount at least 120 days before your departure date.
100% Payment Terms: If your booking date is within 30 days of the start of the Retreat, 100% of package price is due.
We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer to pay by cash, check or bank transfer, please send your payment an additional 14 days before the deadline – reservation is NOT secure/confirmed until payment is finalized/processed.
Early departures: should an early departure be necessary, our team will be happy to assist in booking and logistics when possible. All changes to the itinerary, additional bookings and fees will be the responsibility of the guest.
Travel Insurance
Talo LLC requires proof of international traveler’s insurance for any trip with Chef Talo Tours. Your current insurance providers may offer this coverage.
Talo LLC recommends that you obtain cancellation, travel and medical insurance prior to attending our Trips. Prior to participating in any activities or using any facilities, please ensure that you are medically and physically fit and able. If you have any injuries or illnesses, please seek doctor’s advice prior to attending. Talo LLC is not liable for any injuries due to use of the resort facilities or participation in activities or during travel to and from the Trip. Should you have any allergies or medical conditions, you must notify Chef Talo immediately. Talo LLC is not responsible for any accident or incident related to personal health.
Liability
A signed Liability Form will be required by Talo LLC before the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received prior to 100 days to Trip start date to receive a full refund minus any bank transfer charges or credit card processing fees.
If any guest cancels less than 100 days prior to Trip start date, 100% of Trip package price and deposit is forfeited.
Your spot may be resold. If cancelling within the 100-day window and your spot is purchased by a guest on the waiting list, you will receive a 100% refund. Talo LLC does not guarantee a full refund will be possible.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.
Travel Requirements + Conditions
Please ensure that you have all the relevant travel documentation for your Trip location and that you arrive at the airport on time. Talo LLC is not responsible if you do not have the required documentation for your flight or for entry into another country (passport, visa, entry fee, etc). However, if you are unsure of your requirements and need help with applying for any necessary visas or other documentation, you are welcome to contact us for assistance. Talo LLC can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport due to weather, documentation or other unforeseen circumstances or conditions.
resort + policies
All guests are required to follow the Resort Policies at all included Resorts. These may include noise restriction, public access, care of property, privacy and consideration of other Resort guests, and more. You will be made aware of these policies prior to or upon your arrival. Resort location may change without notice to guests.
Activities
All Chef Talo Trip activities are optional and subject to availability. Participation of guests is subject to ability and physical condition of guests. Any Activity may be cancelled or delayed due to weather or other events beyond control. Talo LLC is not responsible for any accident or incident related to scheduled activities. Guests participate at their own risk.
Copyright
Talo LLC retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website and obtained during the Trips. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way without first obtaining written permission from Talo LLC.
